RemoveSynthID Cancellation Policy

This policy covers subscriptions purchased on removesynthid.io for image and video processing. You can stop your subscription from your RemoveSynthID account at any time. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of your current billing period.

Cancel from your RemoveSynthID dashboard

    1. Open your account: Sign in with the email you used for your RemoveSynthID subscription. Open your RemoveSynthID dashboard and find your current subscription.

    2. Complete the cancellation steps: Select Cancel subscription, then Yes, cancel. Continue through the offer and feedback screens to Confirm cancellation. Type CANCEL in the confirmation field and select Cancel Subscription.

    3. Check your access end date: After cancellation succeeds, your subscription card shows Access until with a date. Your subscription stays active until that date. RemoveSynthID will not renew the canceled subscription.

Cancellation and refund requests

You manage your RemoveSynthID subscription through your dashboard. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment for the current billing period. For eligibility and instructions, read the RemoveSynthID Refund Policy.

If you cannot access your dashboard or complete cancellation, email [email protected]. Include your RemoveSynthID account email and describe the step where you need help. Never send your password or full payment card details.
